TEXTILE LOOK SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The orders that have already been shipped by us will not be cancelled or after booking order can not be cancelled.
2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you.
4. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform Textile Look within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received.
5. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
6. Textile Look reserves the right to increase, decrease, alter, and change the prices of the products/items on online sale. 
7. The postal address at which delivery of a product are expected should be correct, complete and include landmarks possible.
8. Textile Look is not liable for any damages due to wrong deliveries on the incorrect name, address.
9. Textile Look will make all attempts to deliver ordered product on the expected dates. In the case of a national holiday or a government holiday, the delivery will be made on the day following the holidays. Any delay in delivery will not entitle the receiver to any damages or compensation.
